Ladder & Step Training

IPAF Training BoltonThe Ladder and Steps course we run at Bolton Hire and Training is designed to comply with the health and safety at work act 1974, and Work at height Regulations 2005.

We would recommend any body who works with Ladders or Steps to attend this course, it lasts for only half a day and can be delivered at your work place or you can attend our purpose built training centre in Bolton.

The course covers the whole range of Ladders and Steps and concentrates on training the delegate the best practice when working at height using a ladder; we concentrate on the safe use and how to inspect a Ladder prior to use.

  11. Theory & Practical Tests & Assessments

All successful delegates will receive a detailed pass certificate and a credit card style id card, accredited by Bolton Hire and Training, identifying that a successful completion of the course was obtained.

Our instructors have all had previous experience of working within the construction industry, so you can be assured that the bespoke course content delivered will be both interesting and very knowledgeable to all who attend.

  • Assess and determine when it is appropriate to use ladders & stepladders
  • Correctly locate and safely use ladders & step ladders

We can run courses at your premises with a minimum of 4 delegates up to a maximum of 12 delegates, if you would like to attend the course at our training centre, we can cater for individuals or groups up to 12, please give us a call and we will quite happily discuss your requirements.
